Un Piatto Per Bambino, Per Favore

Just a quick aside to celebrate how pliable our child is, especially after an entire lifetime of reliability, schedule, and routine. We explored a new area for dinner, in the southwest of the city near the canal. I knew it wasn't used for boat traffic anymore, and that there's a big antiques market there on Sundays, and that our Lonely Planet guide (thanks, Felicia!) lists several restaurants in the area. However, I didn't know that there isn't even WATER in the canal! We only saw one other child out, an infant, on the way home, but had a pretty interesting walk there, a great dinner, and a quick metro ride home. What did Simeon have for dinner? Bread, potato chips, more bread dipped in olive oil, beef tenderloin in aged balsamic vinegar, more chips, more bread, and chocolate ice cream. Milan isn't big on kids' menus. Thank goodness for the world's best bambino.
