"Language Doesn't Matter; Only Friendship"

A incredible man named Padre Santos told me that years ago on a college mission trip to a little town on the Yucatan peninsula. It was true this morning for Simeon, who spent a solid hour running around the playground with a three year old Italian kid named Lorenzo! They raced and ran and laughed, and it didn't matter that Lorenzo kept talking to Simeon in Italian and looked at him a little funny even after his nonna explained that the other little boy didn't speak his language. I guess it's more the timber and fluctuation of "On your mark, get set, GO!!!!" that gets the point across, rather than the words themselves.
