Tuscan Toast

Francois made the mistake this afternoon of ordering an item that didn't have a specific description... turned out that it was bruschetta with some brown mushy stuff on top that tasted like chopped liver.

Made it to Florence safe and sound, and are enjoying our very old but cozy hotel and the super nice staff. Tomorrow morning we'll tour what used to be the private art collection of the Medici family, bequeathed to Florence on the condition that it never leave the city.
