Back in January, though, the sun was still going down around 4 pm:
I remember thinking how cute it was that the girls played "together" (i.e. in the same quadrant of the living room) so often at such a young age. Take a look at how dark it is outside that window!
Here's a few of my favorites of Simeon's art projects from that time period...
A bee hive, made from a meat tray, a starbucks water cup, a wooden ice cream spoon, and pipe cleaners,
... and a "snow globe", which at the time was quite appropriate! It hasn't been that many weeks since we've seen snow, too, but I'm sure hoping that it's done and that the tulips and daffodils and Francois' fledgling garden continue to convince us that spring has sprung.

Love the art projects...great idea to take pictures.
Here's to more natural vitamin D in the next few months (we, however, are in the midst of rain/snow combo today and of course, no natural vitamin D!)
Glad you're back. I've been horrible lately at blogging too, so don't feel bad. The girls are adorable as is Simeon. They're all growing up so quickly. Great ideas with the art projects. Thanks for the inspiration!
